We use Jamaica Post and Knutsford Express to deliver our packages. Our normal time to process and ship your order is 2-3 business days. We view orders placed Friday on the next business day. 

We are unable to ship on the weekends and holidays which will extend order processing. Extended times may also occur during sale periods. We apologize for any inconvenience during these times and thank you for your understanding. We provide an email shipment notification for every order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues that may occur once the carrier accepts the package. We do ship internationally, however, due to COVID-19 only USA shipments can be made for right now. International shipping can take 2-3 times longer than domestic shipping. We work diligently to get orders out quickly to help improve your delivery time.

 

Please review your shipping address before paying for your order. Please edit your account details for corrections. If the address you provide is incorrect there may be some delay with delivery. If your address is incorrect it may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any costs to re-ship your order.

Delivery Options:

• Post Office to Post Office- When entering your address be sure to enter the local post office you would want your package sent to correctly
• Post Office to Door- Your package would get delivered to your door, whether it is your home or work address, please ensure the address is entered carefully. If you don't reside in an area where mail is delivered to your home or work, please do not select this option. If packages are returned you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
• Knutsford Express- Please state carefully the Knutsford location you would like your packages sent to 

Shipment Days:

• Al packages will be sent off on Mondays and Wednesdays 

Wait Time:

• Post Office- usually takes 2-3 business days for local deliveries and 2-3 weeks for international packages 
• Knutsford Express- 1-2 business days 

Please Note: The Post Office doesn't always call to tell you your package has arrived so if after 3 business days you still haven't heard from them please contact them  to see if it is available for you to pickup (you will need your tracking number), because as previously stated, if it gets sent back to us we will not cover reshipping fees
