Due to the nature of our products, we cannot restock them after they leave our facility since we cannot guarantee contents have not been compromised. Thus, all sales are final

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear. If damage occurred to any product(s), please photograph the package and damaged item(s) and email it to us at sivadnaturals@gmail.com
Exchanges
If you purchase from one of our retailers or distributors, returns or exchanges should be coordinated through that company according to its return policies and procedures. Receipt is required
Refunds
Any refund granted will be processed based on the original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
